Features & Functions of the ClienTracs System


Profile. Identifying and profiling clients' financial needs and priorities is the first step in the ClienTracs process. For individual consumers your relationship managers can use ClienTracs to identify up to 14 different personal financial priorities such as retirement planning, wealth transfer, home purchase, estate planning, college planning and more. ClienTracs can also be integrated with financial planning software already in place at your institution.

For commercial clients, ClienTracs enables relationship managers to easily identify service needs such as long tern funding, cash management and retirement planning. Indicators such as revenue size and stage of business also help relationship managers more effectively profile their clients.

Cross-Sell. Knowing what products your clients are using currently, and what products to offer them next is an integral benefit provided by ClienTracs. Once client profiles are built, the system automatically maps financial priorities to available products. An easy-to-read color-coded table categorizes sales opportunities and initiates the referral process.

Refer. Knowing what, when and to whom referrals should be sent is imperative for effective cross selling. ClienTracs enables your relationship managers to transmit referrals internally to product specialists within your organization and externally to trusted business partners.
